Energetically, this work is so profound!
A great many have 'a mother wound.' This training is an alchemist’s opportunity to bring light to that space.
As we shine light on this aspect of self, we learn to hold space for our students to do so for themselves & by extension their family & community.
This has ripple effects into the world.
Once you can modify the practice for pregnancy, we guarantee you'll be a far more resourceful & confidant instructor.
You'll simultaneously have amassed the skills to:
- Teach a gentle Yoga class.
- Modify for larger bodies.
- Possess baseline skills to adapt the practice for a large range of practitioners.
- Have an enhanced capacity to hold space for self & others.
This is leadership.
There have been many pregnant humans in my classes lately and it made me very grateful for the knowledge passed to me during the prenatal TT.
- Asia Wolf, Yoga Teacher & Reiki Practitioner
