Those who:
1. Have faced discrimination due to ethnicity, national origin, cultural heritage, religious background, political view, economic status, sexual preference, gender identity, body type, body age, body ability or life circumstances such as physical, mental, emotional, substance or sexual abuse, trauma history, veteran status, depression, anxiety, mental wellness or emotional wellness, other diagnosis, or early childhood hardship(s).
2. Can demonstrate a financial need of the scholarship.
3. Meet the other program requirements. Specifically:
a. Are grads of minimally a 200-hour teacher training or its equivalent
b. Have a minimum of 6-months teaching experience. (Exceptions are considered.)
c. Carry their own yoga teacher liability insurance
4. Are passionately devoted to yoga.
5. Are able to commit to the full dates and times of the program to which they are applying.
6. Are aligned with the precept that diversity is a richness.
