Are you:

  • Knowing you want (and deserve) a deepened relationship with your own breath?
  • Aware you need a container & community to dive into a regular breath practice?
  • Unsure about the energetic differences between breathing through the mouth vs. nose?
  • Or the energetic impact of inhale vs exhale and how to use that consciously?
  • Ready to feel confident guiding a student through breath awareness and pranayama?
  • Eager to help specialized populations access the ‘medicine of the breath’ (such as persons with anxiety, those who are pregnant, recuperating from covid & more)

If yes to any of these, read on…

40-Hour Livestream Program

TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED: 7 Mondays in Spring 2026 / 11am-5:30pm EST

Enrollment is limited.

Breath is the underexplored linchpin to healing and transformation. Yet an overwhelming number of practitioners feel uncertain about how to commit to a regular breath practice.

And a vast number of modern yoga teachers (& other healers) don't feel trained or confidant in guiding breath practices for students or clients.

Why is that? 1) Most of us haven’t had the luxury of working deeply with our own breath. 2) Many haven’t had access to a seasoned breath teacher to hold space for this journey.

And these are the two foundations for working sensitively - in a nuanced and scientific way - with our student’s/client’s/own breath.

That’s where this 40-hour Anatomy Intensive focused upon the breath & respiration comes in. This program offers the space for deep exploration of the breath’s capacities.  And it does so under the guidance of a teacher with over 3 decades of experience working with breath.

Come learn the concepts, awareness points and tools to create space for healing and harmonizing via the breath. This work creates vast upliftment to you personally, and to your students or clients.

Leading nuanced breath-work opens rewarding, interesting doors of empowerment and opportunity.

Honestly this work is life changing. That phrase gets bandied about a lot but here it's the deal. LIFE CHANGING.

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM NOT FOR?

This program is not for everyone! If you don’t love learning, it’s just simply not for you. If you don’t want to be a part of a community of seekers, it’s lovingly not for you. If you haven’t already begun a deepening, committed practice of yoga or similar embodiment practice, with no judgement it’s just not for you at this time.

Hi! I’m Juliana Mitchell; C-IAYT. The director of Living Now Yoga & the director of this Anatomy Intensive. l was first introduced to yoga - including breath practices - by my mom when I was 11. At 18, I started to study the breath more deeply which was transformative and life-changing! When I took my seat as teacher in my thirties, I found that approaching the practice via the lens of the breath just felt like home. Since then, I’ve used access to the breath to aid students with anxiety, to support laboring womxn/laboring persons, to uplift those dealing with an array of diagnosis and so much more. And I love creating space for other teachers to learn to do the same. I am a forever student of this work.
