Her work includes providing support for persons living with respiratory or immune diagnosis, those experiencing persistent pain, folk dealing with anxiety or insomnia, those healing from surgery and so much more. In all instances, she incorporates the logic and blessings of Restorative Yoga and is ever awed by the profound impact of this smart, compassionate practice.

Juliana's primary teachers include: Judith Lasater and The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali.

"I walk away enlightened by Juliana’s teachings every time & I feel honored to be her student - for I will carry forth all I’ve learned from her. My practice has been greatly impacted by this woman’s wisdom. It’s not only that she carries the sacred tradition of yoga, and that she has devoted her life to it, but that she adapts with such love, kindness and respect to the needs of the world, of the community of each of us. I love Juliana Mitchell in all that she does and I wish everyone in the world could learn from her."

- Natalia Rodriguez Arango /Yoga Teacher

"I cannot ever fully name my LOVE for this program and what you are offering."
